In implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and the subsequent Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, concerning “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national regulations”, Adeodata provides a Whistleblowing Portal to employees, clients, collaborators, and suppliers for the secure and confidential reporting of unlawful conduct.

What can be reported:

•  The commission or attempted commission of any of the offenses listed in Legislative Decree No. 24/2023

•  Unlawful conduct in general
