The processing may concern your personal data such as identification data (first and last name), contact details (email address and phone number), and any personal data included in the message related to your request.

The processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the completion of this form, is based on your consent and is carried out for the following purpose: provision of the requested support and technical assistance services.

E. DATA RECIPIENTS:
Within the limits relevant to the purposes indicated, your data may be communicated, if necessary, to other parties involved in the processing activities, both internal and external to the Controller, such as employees and collaborators, partners, consulting firms, private companies, and group companies. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.

F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES:
The collected data may be communicated to foreign companies within the same group. In any case, data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area, based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission or in the presence of appropriate safeguards, to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.

The collected data will be retained for no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed (“storage limitation principle”, Art. 5, GDPR) or as required by law. The relevance of stored data to the purposes for which it was collected is periodically reviewed.

The data subject has the right to request access to their data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time by simply contacting the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

I. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA:
Please note that providing data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (marked with an asterisk). Failure to provide the required data will result in the inability to provide the requested service.

J. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING:
The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations that guide the Controller’s activities. The data will be processed using IT tools, paper-based media, or any other suitable means, in accordance with appropriate security measures as required by the GDPR.

No automated decision-making processes are in place.
